Legend has it that Gorgons Could turn a person to stone just by making eye contact. Well, Adel Rootstein seemed to have discovered the same trick which enabled her to produce what are regarded as the Rolls-Royce of shop mannequins.
I was exploring themes around Utopia at the time and was wondering what would the ideal person look like. So I asked the PR team of Adel Rootstein if I could come up and see the place where such beings were produced.
I didn’t realise, that once I had been given a guided tour of the manufacturing facility, they would leave on my own, with the creatures for the entire afternoon. Things became very creepy, very quickly.
